Podcasts are a nerd's best friend.

Last year when I used to work the evening shift at the school library. I found one thing that gave me solace and keep the demons of boredom and agony at bay: podcasts. Not just any podcasts, gamer and tech podcasts. For the uninitiated (that's a proper way of saying ignorant), podcasts are Internet radio (or video) shows that can be downloaded on a Mp3 player or a PC. Some are informative while others are just an unorganized hour of rants and quibbles with no point in sight. My favorite among them is the Cheap Ass Gamer podcast (or CAGcast for short). As a fellow cheap ass gamer, I find the site and podcast both entertaining and informative. Second, goes to the TheWiire podcast. Finally a Nintendo fan based podcast that doesn't have bleeding-heart  fanboys, only low key fanboys ( my kind of people). I hope to obtain a Mp3 player before the year is up (or until my Wii is paid off, whichever is first). I think I will go with an Ipod with a fair amount of space. Plus, I can still have my content, only in a different format. Anyway, I better wrap this up. I was hoping that I could have my own podcast with my friend, Kim. It would part movies and part games. I'll have to talk it over with her and go from there. Anyway, I'll see you people later (or Nicky if the case maybe, pat the little man on the head for me). Peace out for now.
